Know Your Coach
Hello, Jayne Arrington here. I am a certified Hypnotherapist and an NLP-Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner with over 30 years of experience. I started "Success Coaching" with folks in 1990. My long history enables me to offer individualized attention both in person or online, whichever best suits a clients needs. I am well versed in rapidly identifying challenge areas with my clients and creating a plan to meet and alter these challenges head on.
The only way I am successful, is if you are successful! Whether your challenge areas are personal or professional, I am here to help you find answers, viable, sustainable solutions, and be successful.

My focus is your focus. Your goals are my goals. We are a team. I am here to help you identify your challenges, uncover any negative root causes, and create solutions, action plans and goals that work for you as an individual with your lifestyle.

I specialize in working with business and professional women, to assist them in creating a working plan to achieve both their personal and professional goals.
I also work with individuals to identify, address, and overcome challenge areas in their lives, and to increase levels of self esteem, self confidence, self image, and self control.
